I learned a lot in my previous role, like how to be ethical, resolve customer complaints, identify when customers are distressed, empathise with them, interact personally, and then guide them toward resolution.
However, after working nearly 5 years in the same area, I felt there was nothing new left to learn in that field.
That is why I decided to resign and plan a switch back to the technical field, where I can continue learning and growing.

I learned a lot in my previous role, especially in the US insurance process and client handling. After gaining that experience, I felt ready for a position with more growth opportunities, new challenges, and long-term career progression aligned with my goals.

I truly appreciate the time I spent at my previous organisation, which helped me in enhancing my skills.
But currently there are less/ no opportunities in my domain. So, I am looking for new challenges which would help me in achieving my goal and grow in my career.
