Entering the corporate world as fresher and a management graduate, I want to concentrate on learning while performing to the maximum, so that in 5 years' time I can start contributing to the organization, not just at project level but at tactical and strategic levels.

Exactly I don't know where I will be after 5yrs but I want to give my best for our company and gain knowledge as much as I can from by leaders to develop our company and after 5 years I would like to be in a leading position where company should feel me like an asset.

Being 12 year of experience, I get to know that if your keeping your humanitarian behavior and enjoying learning more skill's and knowledge no matter in which position your are, We start getting respect and honour for every one and keep full faith on management soon you will get what you deserved.
