However the future is going to build by you are presents steps. The steps I take when I join your company, to obtain a position of responsibilities where I can utilize my skills and enrich my knowledge with an experience.

This automatically fetches me the position in an organization to takeover lead of important services, where I can guide my teamates are any individual.
