To be honest, it is very difficult to say right now but my focus would be to learn and get experience by applying what I have learnt from the curriculum during MBA in a practical manner. Along with that, I would want to develop a good network as it is of utmost importance in any aspect of professional life.

Obviously, it is very clear that after 5yrs from now, I would like to be at a senior position in your company also become more responsible and bring perfection in my task that all contribute towards achieving growth or goal of the company. But my first 1-2yrs will go to understand and learn many things from my company and colleague and also getting the opportunity to relate the theoretical knowledge with practical data and achieve a better position.

As I am fresher and curious about the work and assignment of an organisation which give me experience as to perform all the work given by the organisation. Then after 5 year, I am more experienced, more skills to and management skills to my work. This experience provide better opportunity to do work and hence company and me both got benefited.
