In 5 years, I would be still working with you in a same role or gain an advancement to a higher level. I would be the respected member of the team how seen as trustworthy, reliable and capable of doing a great job on time and to a higher standards. I would also willing to train the newer member of the company when they hire by you with my experience and expertise if you like me to do so.
