Is evolution we constantly change even our wants change but there's one thing I'm sure that time I am more experience and more knowledgable in handling people which im not good in my current state and all of that is possible by working in your company

I see myself continuing to work hard and progressing in my current role. I hope to have acquired the necessary skills and experience to successfully lead a team where I want to be seen as a valuable member. I would also like to have developed a good working relationship with all team members.

I am still in the learning phase. But over the next few years, I would focus more on improving my skills, both on technological and leadership fronts and 5 years down the line, I would like to see myself in a position to propagate great innovative ideas and lead my team towards such ideas.
