Where do you see yourself five years from now?

In five years, I see myself continuing to develop my skills and expertise as an Automation tester and manual Tester in a Quality Assurance Position contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

More precisely, my overarching goal for the coming 5 years is to build a team of enthusiastic leaders who can nurture a method of financial freedom in my community. I hope to grow with the company and lead others in achieving their career goals.

I will study abroad with all my strength for the first 4 years and earn money to start my own business.

After five years, I will see myself with more skills and Experience which distribute to the Employees for organisational growth.

In five years, l see myself continuing to develop my skills and expertise in Business management as project management contributing to the growth and success of the organisation.

After 5 years, I would like to see myself as one of the responsible people to handle the tough situations in the industry and contribute my entire skills to develop the company and simultaneously gain the knowledge from the company.

After five years, I go with my experience and knowledge where it takes to me and also I will try my best to reach the best position in my career and I prove myself as an employee and as a proud mother.

In 5 years, I see myself having developed a professional mindset and a strong foundation in my respected field of work.

My short-term goal is to get good at speaking in front of a group of people by practising or taking an online course, which will eventually help me in my long-term career goal, such as getting leadership roles.

However, My long-term career goal is to gain valuable experience and skills [ for Eg - professional communication, problem-solving, Critical and creative thinking, Leadership, project management, Emotional intelligence, etc. ] to take on more responsibilities and leadership roles or maybe specialist roles and continue contributing to the growth and success of the company.

In the next 5 years, I would like to hold a managerial position in the company where I could lead a team or be an important team player whenever required.

As I like facing challenges in life, I want to be in a position where I can face a lot of challenges. Solve them with all my efforts and have a great working environment.
