What motivates you to do good job?

My work responsibility motivates me.

What motivates me to do a good job are the people who've been sacrificed a lot for me to help me to finish my studies. And those people who told me that I will never be a successful person because there's no one will help me after my parents died. But when the opportunity came and God bless me with the scholarship I motivate my self with all the negative comments I received before and study well in college.

Now, that I am here today looking for a job I would say that These are the reason why am I doing a good job. Because I want to prove to them that, "If it's not your time just wait for the right time and prove to everyone that you're not that kind of person who is letting them to pull you down. Stand and be proud of who you are and what you are and where you came from".

My parents hard work to see us in a great position in front of all and my interest motivates me to do good job.

f) Recognition for the job done.

Sir, I think women should be independent enough to make finance. And also my family sacrifices from my birth till now, so this motivates me to stand independent to put my effort and make my parents proud.

Learning from my failures, which boost me a lot of confidence to grow in life.

My goals motivate me to do a good job and my needs which are to be fulfilled are motivating me to do a good job.

I want to see my parents happy, and I should be the reason behind that happiness. If we are in good position in the company, first person will be happy and proud is our parents, so to see my parents happiness, and that happiness motivated me a lot.

Sir my parents are my motivation because they stand with me every situation and give all the rights to do anything in my career and second is my passion which motivates me to do good in life.

My biggest motivation is my family they can support me in each and every situation.
