What motivates you to do good job?

I am self-motivated person. I have seen the struggle and sacrifice of each family members in my childhood.

I always keep remeber my past and work today for better future to make everyone happy.

The fear of being average.

Fulfilling of my parents dreams and my goals motivates me to do a good job.

My work responsibility motivates me.

What motivates me to do a good job are the people who've been sacrificed a lot for me to help me to finish my studies. And those people who told me that I will never be a successful person because there's no one will help me after my parents died. But when the opportunity came and God bless me with the scholarship I motivate my self with all the negative comments I received before and study well in college.

Now, that I am here today looking for a job I would say that These are the reason why am I doing a good job. Because I want to prove to them that, "If it's not your time just wait for the right time and prove to everyone that you're not that kind of person who is letting them to pull you down. Stand and be proud of who you are and what you are and where you came from".

Sir, I think women should be independent enough to make finance. And also my family sacrifices from my birth till now, so this motivates me to stand independent to put my effort and make my parents proud.

Sir, I feel happy when I learn something new, complete my work on time, and people appreciate my efforts. These things motivates me to do a good job.

Learning from my failures, which boost me a lot of confidence to grow in life.

My goals motivate me to do a good job and my needs which are to be fulfilled are motivating me to do a good job.
