I want to see my parents happy, and I should be the reason behind that happiness. If we are in good position in the company, first person will be happy and proud is our parents, so to see my parents happiness, and that happiness motivated me a lot.

Positive comments with minimum supervision and criticism from the bosses are my catalyst for good job.

Basically I belong to middle class family so I have seen struggle of my parent in spite of they stand with me in any critical situation also teach me to face any situation with.

As I have learned from my parents always be honest at a workplace or in front of friends or people.

My aim for supporting my family financially and to see a proud smile on my parents' face motivates me to do a good job. And another reason is that I want to prove myself and become self-dependent in terms of money and to get good fame.

The learning path. Whenever I take up a job, it is the process in which I try to reap the maximum benefit. The result sure is joyful to have, but it is what I learn and improve in myself that makes me want to give my best at any job.

My parents and my family is the only inspiration which keeps me motivated.
