I believe motivation is very important factor in everyone's life. I used to get self-motivated by watching motivational videos of successful persons like APJ Abdul Kalam, Bill Gates and many more who were loyal and they are the great examples for motivation and do our job with loyalty.

I am a self-motivated individual. I love putting my all into everything I do and getting the job done correctly. You could say that success is my biggest motivator. Even when doing independent work, I find I am able to stay motivated without superior involvement.
