What motivates you to do good job?

I feel I am self-motivated because there were many situations I have faced in my life eg:1 when I was in school I use to get very less marks like 10/100 but suddenly I felt this not me I can do more then that I have started to motivate my self I can do better and after that with in few days I started getting like 24/25 when we think we can do it then we can achieve anything.

2. As we know while studying engg everyone has to do mini projects etc there was time in my clg there were people who use to buy projects for money, but I don't want to be one like that, I wanted to do a project our self while doing it by own we have faced allot of problems like output was not clear my team people said lets give and buy any other project but at that time I don't want to give up then I felt we can do it and we have done it successfully.

My motivation is my brother. When I suffered any problem. At that time my brother motivates to me. So I can handle easily.

I have to clearified my answer when I was completed my 12 at that I didn't score good mark. So at that, I'm totally frustrate and I think I can't do anything but my brother motivate to me he says that. You can do it Btech easily.

I am a self-motivated individual. I love putting my all into everything I do and getting the job done correctly. You could say that success is my biggest motivator. Even when doing independent work, I find I am able to stay motivated without superior involvement.

If the company thinks me as a valuable asset, it motivates me to do good job.

I am honest man. I want to succeed in life and fly with happiness, my idea.

So I motivates good job.

Work pressure & new learning to face the difficulty /challenge keeps me motivated.

To do good job in my workplace is to concentrate of what I am doing and it already motivates me.

I tell myself, I'm the right person for the job. And if there was someone who could do the job I would let them do it. But at this stage there is no one to do therefore I should do it so that no one will have a responsibility to do what I had to do.

My needs and dream in future will definitely motivate me to work hard and smartly.

I am motivated through making history of achievement to see the success of any task given in due time and also been motivated by working as a team lead to achieve results.
