The goal that I have motivates me to do the work in a better way. And if in case I lose interest in work. While I am working then automatically I recall my parents who have so much faith in me. I think that I should not loose faith that they have in me which is one thing that motivates me every time.

In my point of view,
If I'm losing interest in my work or in my studies, then I recall my parents because they worked hard to give me such a beautiful career. So, That's why they motivate me to do a good job and I want to see their cheerful faces.

Sir, The only motivator was my father because he had worked so hard since his childhood, and he had got a lot of debt for my studies. So this makes me motivated to work a lot.
