What motivates you to do good job?

I feel I am self-motivated because there were many situations I have faced in my life eg:1 when I was in school I use to get very less marks like 10/100 but suddenly I felt this not me I can do more then that I have started to motivate my self I can do better and after that with in few days I started getting like 24/25 when we think we can do it then we can achieve anything.

2. As we know while studying engg everyone has to do mini projects etc there was time in my clg there were people who use to buy projects for money, but I don't want to be one like that, I wanted to do a project our self while doing it by own we have faced allot of problems like output was not clear my team people said lets give and buy any other project but at that time I don't want to give up then I felt we can do it and we have done it successfully.

There are many things that motivate me to do a job. My dream my goal is the for the most thing that motivates me. And also I want to support my father because I have always seen him struggling for us now I want to give him peaceful life with no tension and worries I want to become son for him.

I want to be individually living with out struggling my parents then my parents are happy till now my parents are effort so money in me. I am doing my job in right way my parents are very happy I want my parent's happiness. Every time they are motivated to do a job in a well reputed organization like yours.

Honestly saying sir my father is my only motivationI saw him work hard for uswhen I was pursuing my graduation I dint listen to him, his valuable words, advicesnow I understand how valuable his words are. The only thing that motivates me that I want to make him proud on meand it is possible only if I do good job.

Self-motivation is very essential because other motivations are having limited life According to me.

My hard work and my past experience (good or bad) motivates me to do good job.

My insult motivate me to get in success and get a good job.

My dreams motivates to me. When I think about them, how I will achieve these dream for that I have to do something, then I get motivate myself.

My Enthusiasm is to make more money that helped me to get good job.

I want to become a successful person in my life and hence see my parents happy. These things motivate me to do a good job.
