Obviously I'm looking for the good and also I excepted to all challenges in any condition so I always motivated to myself there are lots of reasons like that is my work is my work I would like to think more and moreover it is true for me that I do all that all of the things who I want. I believe motivation is very important factor in everyone's life. I used to get self-motivated by watching motivational videos of successful persons like APJ Abdul Kalam, Bill Gates and many more who were loyal and they are the great examples for motivation and do our job with loyalty.
