What motivates you to do good job?

Once I do a good job. The staffs of the company, head etc appreciate me for my work. Definitely, it will motivate me to do good job, Also salary. It is an important factor.

Self Motivate is the best Motivates When we Compare with other Motivates like I Can Do it, I Can Do My job And No One Can Do This Job Better Than Me.

What motivates me to do a good job are the people who've been sacrificed a lot for me to help me to finish my studies. And those people who told me that I will never be a successful person because there's no one will help me after my parents died. But when the opportunity came and God bless me with the scholarship I motivate my self with all the negative comments I received before and study well in college.

Now, that I am here today looking for a job I would say that These are the reason why am I doing a good job. Because I want to prove to them that, "If it's not your time just wait for the right time and prove to everyone that you're not that kind of person who is letting them to pull you down. Stand and be proud of who you are and what you are and where you came from".

It's the role and responsibilities which you have assigned to me, motivates me to do good job.

My motivation is my family, their hard work makes me to be confident.

According to me, Self-motivation is the best motivation in your life and reached your ambition.

It's my conscious, responsibility, abilities and those advices of my parents which always thought me do all good time these motivates me the most.

If someone challenges me to do something which I can`t do in their perspective there I take in a positive manner and feel motivate to do my job in a really pretty way.

I always remember the hard work that I put-in to come to this position which helps me motivate to do a good job.

Sir, I am a middle-class family girl my father is a farmer, I am the first girl in my village that completed B-Tech from outside of my state so my family and villagers have very faith to me that I will get a job.

So, their faith towards me motivate me to do hard work and got a good job.
