What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

In my opinion, smart work is better because now a day no one can try to left behind. All the people should be aggressive and fast so these days not for doing the work for a longer period of time. It's a time to do work smartly. Ex-if a student study for 7 hours and getting 60% and as same another student study for 3 hours and getting 75% now this is the smart work study for only 3 hours with the full concentration and finish the work in short duration of time.

Now, these days all wants to do work smartly and smart work can be done with the mental appearance of the people in a short duration of time. smart work can save both the time and the energy both .through the smart work your goal can reach fast Working smartly generally implies thinking beforehand to achieve the same results by applying minimum efforts (more mental effort).

Smart work allows you to be more organized.
Smart work can get you instant fame and help to earn you a name.

Hardworking leads to failure. Rickshaw Wala and labourer does lot of hardwork but they never get success. Smartwork means to think out of the box different from what other people thinks.

Hardwork means working continuously without quitting it. While Smart work means Doing something in a simple and easy ways instead of complex ways of doing it.

Those people don't have a knowledge, techniques and perfect idea but they very much try to achieve their goals. If he/she fail but they not to give up any more. That's a called HARD WORK. (time consumed).

Those who have techniques, knowledge and ideas and sometimes experience, they can easily achieve their goals. That's a called SMART WORK. (less time).

Hard work depends on strength while smart work depends on intelligence.

Hard work gives pleasure.

Smart work gives experience.

HARD WORK : thinking normally or ordinary.

SMART WORK : thinking out of the box or extra ordinary.

In a simple way, the difference between hard work and smart work is:

Doing a work having less knowledge about how to do it is hard work.

Doing a work having more knowledge about how to do it is smart work.

If a person says that he will be helthy till 80 years that's confidence.

If he says that he will never die that is overconfidence.

Hard work- physical body works.

Smart works- brain works.

Hard work takes time smart work less time.
