I think to become a successful person we need to do both hard work as well as smart work.
Hard work requires lots of patience, effort, and time but smart work also requires the experience of hard work.

According to me, both "HARD WORK" & "SMART WORK" give the best results you want. But without hard work, smart work is not possible because hard work gives you experience and smart work comes with experience.
Hard work and smart work is the two side of a Coin. So, both are equally needed to complete the task.

Hard Work:
Hard work is about putting in a lot of effort and time to complete a task or achieve a goal. It often involves a strong work ethic, dedication, and persistence. Hard work can be physically demanding and may require a significant amount of time and energy.
Smart Work:
Smart work, on the other hand, is about finding efficient and effective ways to accomplish tasks. It involves strategic thinking, planning, and using resources wisely to achieve the best results with the least amount of effort. Smart work focuses on working smarter, not necessarily harder.
In summary, hard work emphasizes putting in a lot of effort and time, while smart work involves finding more efficient and effective ways to achieve your goals. It's about working efficiently and using your resources wisely to save time and energy.

Hard work is putting one's full effort to get the work done or can say to reach the goal.
Whereas smart work is putting the same efforts in the right direction.
