If a person not having intelligence or skill about particular jobs or works, he must do hard work about that jobs or works. By using this process a man can do everything in the world. If a person having skill or intelligence about any jobs or works, he must utilize their skill in that jobs.

Sir, A person with not having right skills tends to do hard work having no vision towards output.
Hard work consumes more energy and is less effective when it comes to output.
Whereas Smart work can only be done by a person with necessary and right skills.
Smart work produces more effective results with less consumption of energy.
In my view, Smart work is better and should be preffered.

Hard work tends to physical effort.
While smart work tends to mental effort.
In short, hard work= 20% brain effort + 80% physical effort.
And smart work = 20% physical effort + 80% brain effort.
