There is a little bit difference between the hard work and smart work. Hard work is like a traditional way to achieve the goal but smart work we can do the work in tactfully manage the work.

If a person not having intelligence or skill about particular jobs or works, he must do hard work about that jobs or works. By using this process a man can do everything in the world. If a person having skill or intelligence about any jobs or works, he must utilize their skill in that jobs.
