Hard work and smart work is same at the end which means at the result. But we can save time and energy in smart work than the hard work. But the thing is you can be a smart worker through your experience from your hard work.

According to me, both "HARD WORK" & "SMART WORK" gives the best results as you want. But without hard work, smart work is not possible because hard work gives you experience and smart work comes with experience.
Hard work and smart work is the two side of a Coin. So, both are equally needed to complete the task.

Hard work is working hard for the work and we can't get good results.
Smart work is like working in short way to success.

Good afternoon friends,
Difference between Hard Work VS Smart Work.
It's my opinion, we heard that every coin has two sides. Such as Hard work and Smart work both are keys to success. But without hard work, smart work is not possible. Hard work gives us experience and smart work comes with experience. Hard work beats talent if talent doesn't work hard it teaches us dedication and determination.
For example:
Any task I got from college, I completed in 2-3 hours to work. It is hard work.
Such as, We took anyone's task and copied it. It is a smart work.

Hard work and smart work are like two sides of a coin. One must need to do both. Because smart work comes from experience and for experience we need to hard work.

I think both of things are important in a person because smart work is done by hard work, but it should be in the right direction. We can't do start smart without hard work. These are the two sides of a coin, so both are important.

The success formula =hard work +smart work.
These are like the two sides of one coin. We have to balance both. Because hard work gives you experience and using that experience we can do smart work. Hard work will give you success but it will take some time. But in smart we will not sure that it will give us success.
For example; if we study the entire syllabus for the exam it takes time but it should not harm us. On the other hand, if we study only important questions there will be a chance of failure.
