My view is that, If we apply only physical power to achieve our goal can say hard work but it we apply both physical and mental.

Power to achieve a goal can say smart work.

Smart work saves a lot of time rather than hard work.

Hard work is work done under pressure to succeed at any cost as soon as possible. There is no deadline for completion of work. Whereas smart work is work done in relaxed methodical manner with high optimism to complete within the stipulated deadline.

Smart work begets efficiency and experience. Hard work begets smart work, efficiency and experience.

Hard work is something we do naturally in order to achieve something.

Smart work is something that we do work but in a similar way that really takes down the stress which we get when we are in the problem.

Hard-working is when we complete the task by the given workflow or guidelines. Whereby the smart work is completing the task in a new way which could be less lengthen the process and save cost.

Hard work is related to your physical strength. It doesn't mean you don't have knowledge about a particular task. It means you have knowledge but fewer skills. Doing the same job/task, again and again, you meet with fault and learn from it and this gives you experience and experience called smart work.

Thank you.
