I agree with that smart work saves time and allows you to get goals faster than hard work but in the present scenario, there is much competition everywhere so only smart work might not lead you to success so I think rather than comparing both we should do hard work smartly.

Hark work is nothing about working for our needs may be with intrest or without intrest.

But, smart work is respect and love the work even what kind of job it is.

Hard work is what a Labour does.
Smart work is that, what a contractor does.

Ex. While constructing a huz a labour works hard a lot and the contractor orders labours. The income is high for a contractor but not for the Labour. So instead hard work change it to smart work.

Hard work is something you have to keep on doing for a longer time (physically Effort).

Smart work is done in less time without wasting time (Mentally Effort).

According to me :.

Hard work = more efforts but less work.
Smart work = in the less effort we can do more work.

For example : if are going to 5th floor and we using stairs this is hard work.

And if we use lift for going to 5th floor then this is smart work and we are saving our energy.
