Smart work Consumes less time than hard work.
Smart work requires more logical thinking than to do hard work.
Smart work is good to achieve short term goals but hard work gives long goals achieved easily with dedicated hard work.
When talent don't work hard, hardwork works more than talent.

Hard work is putting extra effort into achieving something while smart work is accomplishing something by tackling things intelligently and a bit of effort.
In current context both are essential so I would choose to do hard work smartly.

Hello, everyone.
In my opinion, with the example.
Hard work means if a person used stairs for go to 10th floor from 1st floor in the building.
Smart work means if a person used stairs for go to 10th floor from 1st floor in the building.
In Hard work not any tricks & it takes more time.
In smart work tricks are used & it takes fewtime.
Thank you.

Hard work is working tirelessly with your dedication and putting your best into your work by going through the conventional cycle of work completion. While I suppose smart work is getting same work done in an efficient manner with lesser effort.
Nonetheless, one cannot ignore the fact the one must work hard before working smart.

Hard work is doing the given work efficiently and with full concentration by giving your 100%.
However, smart work is doing the given work in less time resulting in the shortcut to success but may not last long.
Deep Study is a must for excellent results.
