For me, Hard work makes us more capable, and of course, bring more potential gradually, but remember it never fails. Slowly- slowly, today or tomorrow you would definitely be at the peak of success.

And the Smart work, Well it takes short time, No doubt. But it doesn't mean that you would success every time.

I think smart work is a by-product of hard work. When you work hard for a project (suppose on Java) then the next project on java will not require much hard work.

Fresher can do a lot of effort to complete the task that is hard work whereas experience person can do same work without any effort to complete the task is smart work.
