For me, Hard work makes us more capable, and of course, bring more potential gradually, but remember it never fails. Slowly- slowly, today or tomorrow you would definitely be at the peak of success.

According to my opinion, smart work means doing maximum work in less time and Hard work means doing minimum work in maximum time.

I think smart work is a by-product of hard work. When you work hard for a project (suppose on Java) then the next project on java will not require much hard work.
