If we work without planing that is a hard work.
If I work with planing that is a smart work.
But I think smart work is output of hard work.

A smarter worker is the one who does thing smartly. That means he knows people from whom he believes in delegation of work while keeping minimal amount of work with him but.
A harder worker on the other hand puts long hours every day, probably doing the same thing again and again.

Hard work is when you don't have the tools, resources and time to complete a task well. Smart work is having a plan and the equipment/skills necessary to be successful. It is comfortable, natural to you.

According to me, hard work to do with power, energy but smart work to do with enjoy. Hard work is a straight way to success. And smart work more way to success. Hard work to do taken more time for completing work and smart work to do less time for completing work.

I think there is no difference between hard work and smart work, rather I would say smart work is the extension of hard work as hard work gives you experience and smart work comes from experience. So untill, you have the experience you cannot work smartly.
