Hard work is that you can do any work with more efforts and effectively.
Smart work is that you do any work with lesser efforts.
But I support hard work because if you can do more efforts in any work then you gain more and more knowledge and I think smart work comes from hard work.

My view is that, If we apply only physical power to achieve our goal can say hard work but it we apply both physical and mental.
