What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Hardwork means working continuously without quitting it. While Smart work means Doing something in a simple and easy ways instead of complex ways of doing it.

Hardworking leads to failure. Rickshaw Wala and labourer does lot of hardwork but they never get success. Smartwork means to think out of the box different from what other people thinks.

SMART WORK

In my opinion, smart work is better because now a day no one can try to left behind. All the people should be aggressive and fast so these days not for doing the work for a longer period of time. It's a time to do work smartly. Ex-if a student study for 7 hours and getting 60% and as same another student study for 3 hours and getting 75% now this is the smart work study for only 3 hours with the full concentration and finish the work in short duration of time.

Now, these days all wants to do work smartly and smart work can be done with the mental appearance of the people in a short duration of time. smart work can save both the time and the energy both .through the smart work your goal can reach fast Working smartly generally implies thinking beforehand to achieve the same results by applying minimum efforts (more mental effort).

Smart work allows you to be more organized.
Smart work can get you instant fame and help to earn you a name.

According to me, hard work and smart work both are the work but it is depend upon the situation when I do hard work and when I do smart work.

For example:

Company provides a project with very less duration supposes 2-3 days in this situation I will do hard work day-night.

And smart work means we solve any problem with our knowledge and skill very quick.

Hardwork will give experience which smart work won't give you much.

On the other hand, smart work will save much time which hard work won't.

Therefore according to me hard work comes first and then smart work.

There is only one thing that is work, the way we are thinking matters more. If you like the work you do then it is smart work otherwise it would be hard work according to me!

Hard work : Mind work on stress, unconfident about work to do.

Soft work : Mind work freely, confident even well known about work.

In order to get an experience. I had to do hard work. But once I got experience I will turn to smart work. Without hard work we can't go to smart work. Based on situation whatever we need.

Hard work smart work very simple when we do our work its hard work when we make others to do our work its smart work. This is what corporate world thought me. Sorry if I had hurt anybody's feelings.

Hard work is next to "working with heavy duties" whereby smart work uses "mind with wisdom".
