Hard work means pushing yourself towards your success. & if you want to succeed in your life you have to do hard work like get early, sleep early, avoid bad thinks, focus on only studies ya whatever if you are interested in play then only focus on players do practice every day and give 100% efforts. This is hard work.

Smart work means pulling success towards us (to execute success).

But both are important because without hard work we cannot do any smart work.

So, in my opinion, both are important to us.

I can explain about the difference between hard work and smart work in my opinion.

Hard work: just like steps when you want to go building along with steps you definitely reach our goal but a lot of time taken.

Smart work: just like the lift is a smart work you can reach our goal shortly. But sometimes lift is repairing.

Hard work means carrying out an activity in a traditional way which may consume more manpower or energy or cost or time or any combination of them or a combination of all of them.

Smart work means carrying out the same activity which is done in a traditional way by using state of the art method i.e. by using advanced tools and techniques which save manpower and/or energy and/or cost and/or time.

A method used today which is considered smart may become hard work after some time when human thinking ability/technology advances.
