Hard work:- means to do physical activity without planning, and it was very time consuming.

Smart work:-means to plan about what you want to do with prescribed time limit.

Hard work is the origin of smart work.

Without hard work experience, you can not do smart work.

Hard work and smart work is the two side of a coin. So both are important.

Hard work takes lots of time and it wastes your energy but smart work does not take much time and it saves your energy power.

Thus according to me smart work is the best.

Hard work means doing the work without having any ideas but physically working.

Where smart work is having some creative ideas in mind and doing the work in a short time.

I would like to say that both of the works get completed with the use of brain and effort.

Smart work needs more brain to applied than to the effort and I'm of that kind.
