There is very simple thing which can differentiate between hard and smart work. Action without any paling is called hard work and executing the work through the planing is called smart work.

Hard work is nothing but a beginning stage of smartwork. By hard work we can get lots of information. Whereas smart work helps us to perform with this information in shortcut and less time.
