Sir in my opinion there's a very interesting relationship between hard work and smart work.

From hard work you'll get experiences, where as smart work comes from these experiences. So for an individual both smart work and hard work are very important. At the same time, I also learned another thing from my life, that sometimes hard work could be a pretty alternative of smart work but there's no such replacement of hard work exists. Thank you.

Hard work involves punctuality as well as spirit of doing the job, while smart work involves achievements of intended objectives and goals based on a particular work.

The ultimate goal of doing hard work and smart work is to get a task done. The only difference is the usage of energy, resources and time.

Hard work is related to your physical strength. It doesn't mean you don't have knowledge about a particular task. It means you have knowledge but fewer skills. Doing the same job/task, again and again, you meet with fault and learn from it and this gives you experience and experience called smart work.

Thank you.

The main difference is to spend much time for a task, or to complete a work is hardwork which is not wrong. But smart work is to complete the work in a tricky, simple and easy way.

According to me smart work is our approach to doing any work with proper mindset with effective knowledge & skills and hardwork is nothing but our actions with our strengths to achieve that goal or to complete that work. So both comes in one frame to be successful.
