Hard work is that you can do any work with more efforts and effectively.

Smart work is that you do any work with lesser efforts.

But I support hard work because if you can do more efforts in any work then you gain more and more knowledge and I think smart work comes from hard work.

Hard work is completing a task within a particular amount of time, by using a certain amount of energy.

Smart work is completing that same task using less time & energy.

If the person purchases groceries in online. And here we getting offers also. It is an example of smart work.

Well, I would say smart work comes from hard work only. As there is one theory also ' Work hard until you get smart. So, in my point of view, you can do smart work only if you have work harder in your life. And knowing where to put effort and where not to work hard is smart work.
