It's my opinion, we heard that every coin has two sides. Such as Hard work and Smart work both are keys to success. But without hard work, smart work is not possible. According to me, both "HARD WORK" & "SMART WORK" gives the best results as you want. But without hard work, smart work is not possible because hard work gives you experience and smart work comes with experience.

Hard work and smart work is same at the end which means at the result. But we can save time and energy in smart work than the hard work. But the thing is you can be a smart worker through your experience from your hard work.
