According to me, both "HARD WORK" & "SMART WORK" gives the best results as you want. But without hard work, smart work is not possible because hard work gives you experience and smart work comes with experience.

Hard work and smart work is the two side of a Coin. So, both are equally needed to complete the task.

Sir, both are key to success.

Hard work will provide experience.

Smart work will come from experience.

Hard work and smart work is same at the end which means at the result. But we can save time and energy in smart work than the hard work. But the thing is you can be a smart worker through your experience from your hard work.

If I'm " reaching the building through steps is hard work.

And if I'm" reaching the building through lift is smart work.

Hard work: For example, If I want to find out the length of the string, I'll use the logic of the program.

Smart work: For example, I'll use string functions to find out the string.

In my view, both are important in life, and both execute the same work in a different way. The hard work takes some time fill the taxes, but the work is completed confidently. Whereas smart work performs the same work in easy and less time. Both are good for an employee but in a balanced ratio.

So, first, choose the work smartly then work harder to full fill this work.

The difference between hard work and smart work is how much time you spend completing the tasks. Hard work tends to be when someone spends a great amount of time completing many things. However, smart work is when they spend less time and instead focus on completing the right things.

Hard work is about putting in more effort and strengths.

On the opposite side, there are less efforts in smart work but results can be beneficial for both the hard work and smart work.

For instance.

We can make a paper map which needs a lot of hard work for drawing it properly which is called hard work but on the other side, we can use google map just by operating our phone which is called smart work.

According to me, hard work and smart work both are keys to success and both are gives you good results as you want. But A small difference between hard work and smart work I thought smart work is the extension of hard work, without hard work smart work is not possible because hard work gives us experience whereas smart work comes from experience.

So, until you have the experience you never work smartly. And finally, I say hard work needs physical strength and smart work needs mental strength.
