According to me, one should not have goals in life because if have goals and if you achieve them you go to halt. You should see life as challenge everyday and everything you do just put your 100% in that. That way you will able to achieve more. So, make short short goals so that I can achieve big.

For the long term goal, I have to make them into shorter goals so my first goal is to get a good platform like in your reputed company and my long term goal is to get satisfaction with the work.
