My short term goal is to get a job in required company, where I can utilize my skills & improve my career path.

My long term goal and it's also my dream achieve success, respect & love from people in the world and my parents feel proud for me. Also help the people who need.

As a fresher, I have theoretical knowledge so I want a good platform to implement my knowledge in a practical way. I would like to build my future which will help my company and me personally. Actually, My short-term is to get a good job in a reputed company (like your's) and my long-term goal is to be in a respectable position handling bunch of people and getting more profit out my expectations.
