I am fine with any amount initially until I am satisfied with the exposure I get in the company. I will get the raise automatically if my learning and performance output is up to the mark.

I believe my skills and experience warrant a fair and competitive salary for this role. I’m confident that once I join, my performance and contributions will demonstrate my value to the team — and I’ll earn any salary growth through my results.

As I am a fresher I need some experience which is more valuable than money so even if salary is not been given it is not a very big problem.

Sir. Salary expected by anybody for a particular organisation is like a surd. If you offer me good package as per my talent as fresher or evolving experience with time, then it will boost your company n my economic gallery with exponent of my knowledge. So better fix me with Real number. You decide salary should b rational or irrational as per rules of company.
