As I am a fresher I need some experience which is more valuable than money so even if salary is not been given it is not a very big problem.

Sir. Salary expected by anybody for a particular organisation is like a surd. If you offer me good package as per my talent as fresher or evolving experience with time, then it will boost your company n my economic gallery with exponent of my knowledge. So better fix me with Real number. You decide salary should b rational or irrational as per rules of company.
