Sir, I know that you would already have standard packages for your employees. Being a fresher I don't expect much but I can expect in range of 1.5 to 1.75 pa.

Sir, I would like to say that salary is not first priority. The First priority is I want to give my ability to my work and skill, ideas which I can expand very well in your company. So as per company norms, I would expect salary more from the previous company because I having experience of 1 year 8 month.
