Sir, I am a fresher no work experience. And I have only theoretical knowledge no practical knowledge. As a fresher, my first preference is to do a job in a reputed company like you. And salary is not my first priority for me. This the big opportunity to start my career, and also gain skill and performance through experience. So I expect a considerable of salary is given by you as per company norms. Thank you.

I'm really glad that such a question is asked to me, but for me as a fresher I think it's not right for me to talk about salary and decide my job, presently I want to work for a reputed company as yours and have a good name for the company as well for myself.

If I can improve professionally also increase my financial status but I want my salary to fulfil my daily basic needs.

I have a lot of experience, and no value fixes for man experience but as per our requirements we need 40% extra from our previous salary, Hope you better understand that my expenses that's it.

As a fresher, I don't know much about IT industry's salary structure. Moreover, as you already mentioned 3.6 LPA in the Task website and I agree with it.
