Sir, I would like to say that salary is not first priority. The First priority is I want to give my ability to my work and skill, ideas which I can expand very well in your company. So as per company norms, I would expect salary more from the previous company because I having experience of 1 year 8 month.

I would be quite lucky but what I think is your company offering a fair amount like someone is matching all the skills to this position before this answer I would be like to know responsibilities of regarding this position then I will be quite curious to know that what you offering a fair amount to this position.

For me, getting a higher salary is as important as getting a good job opportunity. But I believe that whatever you will offer, will be fair enough as per my skills and experiences.

Although, I am a fresher in this field but qualified for the position applied for. I could pick up my work and be productive and also become a valuable team player, in a short span of time with my eagerness. In all, I am sure you will be providing me with a salary proportionate to my qualification and job as assigned to BT the company policy.
