Being a fresher I do not expect a particular amount of salary. But it should at least full fill my daily basic needs in the city where I am posted.

Sir, as per a fresher, I could not expect salary. Whatever I will learn under you. That is important than salary. As per your company standard what about freshers, that's your wish.
