Sir, I am a fresher and yes salary is a matter for me but my first priority is to gain knowledge and improve my skills, so I happily accepted whatever you offered.

I don't have any salary expectations but I believe that the company would provide me the salary according to the market and company standards.

Sir, I would like to say that salary is not first priority. The First priority is I want to give my ability to my work and skill, ideas which I can expand very well in your company. So as per company norms, I would expect salary more from the previous company because I having experience of 1 year 8 month.

Being a fresher, I could not expect a particular amount of salary. This is the platform of my career. Whatever I learn from you. That is important than salary and as per your company standard what about freshers, that's your wish and also it full fills my daily basic needs in the city where I'm posting.

As a fresher, I need a platform to channel my learnings into practical situations and cases, given the fact that the company is providing that, I will focus more on knowledge and outcome-based learning, my financial expectations will be simple as per the company's norms and market value of the position.

Mam/sir. Salary is just a bamboo paper make in colors. To get those bamboo stickers for our own life, god has sent us to get some bamboo from different forms from different organisation. So here Is my 1st bamboo tattoo which you will give me in my profession. That will be my salary expectation.

I am a fresher, for me important is work experience and improving my knowledge and skills is important to learn. So we work more and learn more we will definitely get money. So according to your rules and regulations, you pay whatever the standard package you have and I will agree with that.
