As a fresher, I don't expect any of the figures. Firstly, I want to enhance my knowledge and skills. I want to make a good reputation among all of the senior developer's. And yes when you needed that now I am perfectly balanced for this company. Give me a salary as company norms no matters it would be less than any organization.
