For me work is important. Salary is secondary. If I talk about my salary expetation I just want hike 20 to 25 % in my last salary. The rest is up to company norms.

As a Fresher I need to become financially independent but as well as job experience is important.

Sir, I know that you would already have standard packages for your employees. Being a fresher I don't expect much but I can expect in range of 1.5 to 1.75 pa.
