Sir/Madam as a fresher I'm not that concerned or keen into how much salary I'm getting paid I'd like to focus more on excelling my skills and to contribute to the company's growth.
And, I believe one needs to pay for the quality of work they are doing/fulfilling. And I'm sure your company pays well for the employees.
