For me, first work is important. Money is Secondary. Because if I work hard if I work sincerely if I help your organization to grow in terms of reputation, in terms of value, in terms of profits then automatically money will follow me.
So, According to your rules and regulations, you pay whatever the standard package you have and I agree with that.

As a fresher, I don't have any experience.
First of all, Salary is not my priority. My priority is to gain more knowledge and new skills, which will increase your company's growth and also my experience.
According to me, the salary depends on your knowledge and skills so we can't say, I am expecting this salary like 12LPA, 20LPA and so on.

Only for experienced people:
I have more than 4 years experience in finance. My current CTC is 3.6 lac Per annum. Salary has never been a big issue for me. Still, I am expecting salary as company's norms as per my designation and my qualification and experience which can help me to maintain the standard of level of my personal and economical needs.

Being a fresher, Salary is not my first priority. This is a very big platform to start my career and it would be great if I get a chance to work with your company. I want to improve my knowledge, skills and experience and contribute the success of the company. I expect salary according to the company norms and will agree with the company standards.

Although, I am a fresher in this field but qualified for the position applied for. I could pick up my work and be productive and also become a valuable team player, in a short span of time with my eagerness. In all, I am sure you will be providing me with a salary proportionate to my qualification and job as assigned to BT the company policy.

Sir/Madam as a fresher I'm not that concerned or keen into how much salary I'm getting paid I'd like to focus more on excelling my skills and to contribute to the company's growth.

Since I'm a fresher, I'm looking forward to getting started with building my career. I'm passionate about 'abc' field and I know that"company xyz" will give me an opportunity to get hands on experience. I don't doubt that your compensate your freshers well, but for me, being a part of the team and learning are equally important.
