Sir. Salary expected by anybody for a particular organisation is like a surd. If you offer me good package as per my talent as fresher or evolving experience with time, then it will boost your company n my economic gallery with exponent of my knowledge. So better fix me with Real number. You decide salary should b rational or irrational as per rules of company.

As a fresher, I am more focused on learning, gaining experience, and contributing to the organisation.
However, based on the current market standards and what I’ve seen my peers with similar skills earning, I believe a fair package would be in the range of LPA. That said, I’m flexible and open to negotiation depending on the role and growth opportunities.

For me, first work is important. Money is Secondary. Because if I work hard if I work sincerely if I help your organization to grow in terms of reputation, in terms of value, in terms of profits then automatically money will follow me.
So, According to your rules and regulations, you pay whatever the standard package you have and I agree with that.

As a fresher, I don't have any experience.
First of all, Salary is not my priority. My priority is to gain more knowledge and new skills, which will increase your company's growth and also my experience.
According to me, the salary depends on your knowledge and skills so we can't say, I am expecting this salary like 12LPA, 20LPA and so on.

Only for experienced people:
I have more than 4 years experience in finance. My current CTC is 3.6 lac Per annum. Salary has never been a big issue for me. Still, I am expecting salary as company's norms as per my designation and my qualification and experience which can help me to maintain the standard of level of my personal and economical needs.

Being a fresher, Salary is not my first priority. This is a very big platform to start my career and it would be great if I get a chance to work with your company. Although, I am a fresher in this field but qualified for the position applied for. I could pick up my work and be productive and also become a valuable team player, in a short span of time with my eagerness. In all, I am sure you will be providing me with a salary proportionate to my qualification and job as assigned to BT the company policy.
