As per the company norms I will accept Salary, but salary is not the first priority because I need awareness about the work and develop my skills for the enhancement of the company and stood in tough circumstances.

Although, I am a fresher in this field but qualified for the position applied for. I could pick up my work and be productive and also become a valuable team player, in a short span of time with my eagerness. In all, I am sure you will be providing me with a salary proportionate to my qualification and job as assigned to BT the company policy.

For me, getting a higher salary is as important as getting a good job opportunity. But I believe that whatever you will offer, will be fair enough as per my skills and experiences.
