To me, creativity is trying to think outside the box and come with a better solution and a new means of doing things.

Creativity means thinking in smart way compared to others that will be useful to our project side as well as organization.

No one is creative here it's only God whose creative we can just have perceptions & make something out of it.

The uniqueness in the work, when compared to others, is creativity in my opinion, creativity is not about doing different things but it is about doing things differently.

In my point of view, creative means innovation of a new idea from our old things.
