Give me an example of your creativity.

I have strong skills in creating professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations. I pay close attention to uniformity in fonts and alignments, and I ensure that each slide is clear, engaging, and contextually relevant. I take pride in maintaining a crisp design with flawless grammar and no design errors.

According to me, I am very good at making PPTs. I do care about the uniform nature of fonts, alignments and how the context should look catchy.

I am very obsessed with one thing that it should look clear and crisp with no errors in design and grammar.

For me, creativity is about creating something simpler than you think.

During my graduation, many answers were lengthy and took a lot of time to prepare. To make it easier, I used my creativity to write them in short and simple way, which helped me understand better.

My friends also found my notes useful and prepared their answers from them. This shows my ability to simplify information for better learning.

During my recent internship at Infosys, I was assigned to work on a Java-based application development project. One of the tasks was to optimize the loading time of a module that processed large datasets. While the team initially planned to use a conventional method of increasing server capacity, I suggested a more creative solution: implementing batch processing and leveraging multi-threading.

I divided the dataset into smaller, manageable chunks and assigned each chunk to a separate thread for parallel processing. Additionally, I introduced a progress tracker to provide real-time feedback on the loading status. This approach not only reduced the module's load time by 40% but also avoided the need for additional server costs.

This experience taught me that creativity in problem-solving doesn’t always mean reinventing the wheel; sometimes, it’s about finding innovative ways to optimize existing processes.

According to me, a person is creative and thinks 'Out of the Box'.

My strength is that I'm adaptable, calibrated to each other, and accept both success and failure.
My weakness is I'm shy as some time otherwise I am a focused and confident person.

Doing things differently to achieve our goals.

For example in my recent project, I used Power BI to create an interactive dashboard for the Analysis of Unemployment in India. Instead of simple charts, I made it interactive so it helps to easily explore the data and make better decisions.
