Ror being asset one needs some fundamental or crucial skills like *leadership *, self confidence, humility. One must have higher goal, he must continuously acquire knowledge and do hard work and perseverance. I can assure for all these skills in me.

In my point of view, everyone and everything in an org. Is an asset itself for co. No one wants to spend their money on anything which won't give any profit for their org. If you will hire me then you will have reason to make me an asset.
