In my point of view, everyone and everything in an org. Is an asset itself for co. No one wants to spend their money on anything which won't give any profit for their org. If you will hire me then you will have reason to make me an asset.

For every Org. The employees are the asset. And for me, as a HR, I strongly believe that with my sheer hard work, willingness to learn new skills and diligence I will prove my worth to the company.
