For every Org. The employees are the asset. And for me, as a HR, I strongly believe that with my sheer hard work, willingness to learn new skills and diligence I will prove my worth to the company. Firstly. When I gone to in any organization. Identify the whole organization and employees. Then I will asset the organization by full of my hard work ; dedication and motivates the employee.
